I don’t know what kind of system they’ve got going on, and I’m a little suspicious because my boxes always show up exactly when they say they will. I keep expecting one to be late at some point, but so far, never had a late box.

"A little irritation at first, but it improved"
When I first started using Curology, my skin got dry and had this kind of stinging feeling during the first week. I wasn’t sure if that meant it wasn’t working for me or if I was doing something wrong, so I reached out to them. They suggested slowing things down and using more moisturizer, which helped a lot.
After that, it felt much more manageable. The irritation settled down, and my skin started looking less bumpy over time. It definitely wasn’t some instant overnight fix, and I’m still not totally sure what to expect long-term, but for now I’m glad I didn’t give up right away

"My skin is finally clearing up"
I’ve been using Curology for about 3 months now my skin is looking so much better. I still get the occasional breakout, but way fewer than before, and the redness—wait, that was one of the biggest things for me, is definitely down. My face just feels smoother overall. It wasn’t some overnight miracle or anything, but I’m really glad I stuck with it

I had a small issue with my order and was a bit worried it would turn into a hassle, but support got back to me quickly. They were easy to talk to, reassured me everything would be taken care of, and fixed it without making a big deal out of it

I wasn’t expecting much at this point, because my skin has loved being dramatic for way too long. But my formula actually worked, and now things are finally calming down. So, credit where it’s due, I guess.

"Good service, but the billing caught me off guard"
I did like the service overall, but the subscription billing kind of snuck up on me, which was frustrating when I was already feeling mentally drained. Canceling wasn’t too bad once I finally found the right page, but I wish the reminders had been a lot clearer up front.

"I did really like being able to..."
I did really like being able to message the dermatology provider when my skin suddenly got dry and weird, because of course my brain immediately decided my face was basically falling apart. They did get back to me with some useful tips, and some of it definitely helped, but a few replies felt a little generic, like they were pulled from a template.
The slow responses were the main thing for me. Sometimes I’d be sitting there for a day or two wondering if I should keep using something or stop immediately and move to the mountains. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the replies were faster and felt a bit more personal
